The cottage will be available from 4pm
on the Saturday of arrival and must be vacated by 10am
on the Saturday of departure. The rental fee does not
include the cost of central heating and electricity.
During the winter months a fee of €25 per week is
applied for central heating. A €100 euro damage deposit is payable on arrival and is
refunded on departure.
